 Manuscript Preparation Manual
Manuscripts should by typed double-spaced with footnotes arranged in accordance with The Chicago Manual of Style (current-edition). Manuscripts should not exceed 40 pages in length, including notes. Avoid self-indentification by including a separate title and address page. A signed statement that the article has not been published elsewhere, and is not considered for publication by other journals at this time, is required. Also include a 300-word abstract of the manuscript. Editorial operations of the Journal are conducted in Microsoft Word for Windows software. The editors require a copy of the manuscript on a compatible computer disk once it has been accepted for publication. Manuscripts should be sent to four copies to: Prof. Moses K.
